Settings
Settings is where you tune Coworker to your team - what it surfaces, how hard it works in the background, how it communicates, and what it can spend - with no config files involved. Open it from the Coworker menu; it's organised into four tabs:

| Preferences | What Coworker weights when deciding what to surface in your feed, plus re-running onboarding |
| Background activity | Control the work Coworker does on its own - triage, follow-ups, and how often it runs |
| Behavior | Adjust how Coworker investigates and communicates |
| Budget & cost | Manage your AI Token allowance, on-demand usage, and cost controls (same as the AI Tokens tab in Usage) |
Hiding insight types
To suppress a type of insight from your view, click Hide similar on any insight card. This opens a modal where you can match by category, severity, label, or title pattern. Coworker will stop surfacing insights that match your conditions.
